What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with Customer Success leaders to understand goals and translate requests into clear analytics requirements
  • Own and manage a prioritized Customer Success analytics roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder communication
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc insights across the Customer Success lifecycle, providing actionable recommendations
  • Help define and execute the Customer Success AI strategy, identifying use cases and assessing feasibility
  • Guide teammates on data best practices and coordinate delivery across data and analytics teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4–8+ years in Business Analysis, Customer Success Operations, or similar roles with a focus on data-driven decision support
  • 1–2+ years experience using AI-driven analytics platforms or machine learning tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear deliverables
  • Proven ability to create executive-ready narratives and action plans based on data analysis
  • Analytical fluency in KPI design, segmentation analysis, and data quality awareness
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting Customer Success initiatives such as adoption, renewals, and onboarding
  • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting and analytics
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled workflows and their implementation within customer success strategies
