- Partner with Customer Success leaders to understand goals and translate requests into clear analytics requirements
- Own and manage a prioritized Customer Success analytics roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder communication
- Produce recurring and ad hoc insights across the Customer Success lifecycle, providing actionable recommendations
- Help define and execute the Customer Success AI strategy, identifying use cases and assessing feasibility
- Guide teammates on data best practices and coordinate delivery across data and analytics teams
- 4–8+ years in Business Analysis, Customer Success Operations, or similar roles with a focus on data-driven decision support
- 1–2+ years experience using AI-driven analytics platforms or machine learning tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear deliverables
- Proven ability to create executive-ready narratives and action plans based on data analysis
- Analytical fluency in KPI design, segmentation analysis, and data quality awareness
- Experience supporting Customer Success initiatives such as adoption, renewals, and onboarding
- Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting and analytics
- Knowledge of AI-enabled workflows and their implementation within customer success strategies
