• Collaborate with hospital stakeholders to assess customer needs and configure the telehealth platform.
• Guide the onboarding process and ensure successful implementation of the technology.
• Coordinate with hospital IT teams to standardize the implementation process.
• Manage multiple hospital implementations simultaneously while providing project coordination.
• Lead training sessions and support user adoption of the new platform.

• Experience implementing healthcare technology, telehealth platforms, or clinical hardware systems.
• Background working with hospital IT teams or in healthcare technology environments, including understanding PACS systems.
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as VPN access and secure environments.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and project coordination abilities.
• Experience in managing documentation related to implementations.

• Previous experience in leading training sessions for users of healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with various telehealth platforms and their implementation processes.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
• Experience in a role that required understanding and navigating regulatory requirements in healthcare.
