Sr. Business Analyst, MaaS

Note:

Must have 7 years of experience with IBM MaaS
360, Microsoft Office 365/10, Microsoft Exchange, Windows 10 Enterprise, Active Directory, SMS/SCCM, Citrix, SharePoint, Remotely Anywhere, Dam.

Must have 7 years of experience configuring, testing, and supporting mobile devices (air cards, cell phones, smartphones, tablets); testing iOS (iPhone Operating System) and Android releases.

We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst, MaaS
360 to manage and optimize the end-to-end mobile device lifecycle and support mobility processes. This position will be an initial two-year contract with potentiality to renew, and Hybrid. With employees expected to work onsite 4 days per week.

• 7 years of experience developing and managing project budgets for all technology projects
• 7 years of experience developing pro-forma invoices for cost-reimbursable projects and monthly financial summary reports
• 7 years of experience interfacing with internal accounting departments to ensure proper budgets are used and accounting codes are current
• 7 years of experience developing processes to obtain timely project cost information from accounting systems
• 7 years of strong client skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of an organization
• 7 years of proficiency in formal project management methods, including internal documentation and external communications
• 7 years of experience with IBM MaaS
