Job DescriptionThis contract position requires a blend of on-site and remote work, focusing on providing comprehensive technical support.
You'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless user experiences with various technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Provide both on-site and remote support for system installations, servicing, and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, phones, and peripherals.
- Identify and solve software issues related to operating systems and office applications.
- Reimage and upgrade PCs to enhance user productivity and resolve technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with users to address and document technical issues.
- 4-5 years of experience in desktop support.
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong skills in operating system installation and support.
- Basic networking troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
