• Support the conversion of data into the Agency Management systems
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure efficient data conversion processes
• Develop and implement data strategies in partnership with MMA and data vendors
• Document and implement custom programming for data conversion and validation
• Engage with leadership on risk analysis and high-level strategy execution

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Leadership experience in application administration and processes
• Experience in system migrations and conversions
• Knowledge of basic AMS Systems and willingness to learn additional systems
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in creating documentation and training materials
• Ability to break down complex concepts into clear communications
• Knowledge of insurance and accounting operations
• Strong relationship-building skills with peers and management
