Senior Digital Ads Specialist

We serve 500+ dental practice owners nationwide, and we’re looking for someone to own and lead our paid media department.

This is not a campaign manager role.

This is not a mid-level seat.

This is a department head role.

• Full-time, salary position.

• Paid media strategy across Google and Meta
• Oversight and development of our Digital Ads Specialist team
• Performance standards and KPIs
• Measurable ROI across a large client portfolio
• Systems that scale
• Collaboration with Marketing Strategists who serve as client-facing growth advisors

• 5+ years running and scaling paid media campaigns
• Experience leading or mentoring a paid media team
• Strong command of attribution, tracking, and analytics
• A performance mindset you care about results
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
