• Support the conversion of data into primary Agency Management systems
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure an efficient data conversion process
• Develop and implement data strategies with MMA and data vendors
• Document and implement custom programming for data conversion and support data validation efforts
• Partner with specialists and business leaders to ensure consistency in data integration strategies

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Experience in system migrations and conversions
• Knowledge of basic AMS Systems with a willingness to learn additional systems
• Strong understanding of insurance and accounting operations
• Ability to create documentation and training materials effectively

• Leadership experience in general application administration and processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to break complex concepts into manageable instructions and clear communications
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships with peers and management
