What You’ll Get (highlights)

Hands on role which requires a deep level of technical insight and ability. You will be involved with the entire stack of IT related initiatives. You will be member of our Support team, excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills, in-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Networking, and application deployment procedures.

Responsibilities
  • In-house support for technical operations for all production and development environments.
  • Handle client requests and operational problems are update/resolved within a timely manner.
  • Provide outstanding client experience and support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Help facilitate the on-boarding process for new staff, maintain asset management for all company hardware and software.
  • Able to work independently and be available evenings/weekends on a rotational basis.
Qualifications
  • 5 years’ experience with Windows and MacOS, Microsoft Office including office 365, Active Directory and Exchange, TCP/IP based networks (including DHCP, DNS, etc.), installation and maintenance of workstations and infrastructure hardware
  • Operating System configuration, management, and support for desktop/laptop and server
  • Experience implementing, managing, and troubleshooting network devices.
  • Experience using Two-Factor Authentication solutions
  • Familiar with using SCCM for Desktop OS deployment and software management
  • Experienced with MS Office, Video Conferencing, Remote Work Solutions: VPN.
  • Extensive experience with local and NAS based technologies as well as cloud-based solutions.
  • Solid grasp of security standards.
  • Power Shell and scripting experience
  • Helpdesk ticket system experience, attention to detail, effective comm skills
