• Assist Associate QAs with the creation of test scripts to evaluate functional criteria
• Provide detailed documentation of testing results for all user stories and features
• Participate in UAT preparation and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate closely with the development team and clients to understand functionality and communicate testing results
• Test integrations and assist Associate and Senior QAs as needed

• US Citizenship is required
• Active Public Trust Clearance (any agency)
• Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance testing
• 1+ years of experience working in an agile environment

• Active DHS or DoW Public Trust clearance
• Experience with Service Now CSM, ITSM, and App Engine
• 1+ years of experience creating test scripts for UAT
• Experience testing telephonic systems
• Strong experience working across multiple projects
