Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Architect specializing in Service Now, you will assess client business needs and recommend tailored Service Now implementation solutions. You will lead Service Now implementation projects, overseeing effort estimation, planning, execution, and architectural analysis.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Lead Service Now Implementation Projects:
    Manage effort estimation, planning, and execution of Service Now implementation projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions tailored to client business needs.
  • Conduct Architectural Analysis:
    Perform in-depth analysis of client requirements, identifying opportunities for Service Now implementation and integration with other systems in the ecosystem.
  • Estimate Infrastructure Requirements:
    Assess and estimate infrastructure requirements for Service Now implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Manage Solution Delivery:
    Oversee the delivery of Service Now solutions, ensuring they meet client business needs and are implemented according to best practices.
  • Collaborate with Clients:
    Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, providing expert guidance and recommendations on Service Now implementation solutions.

This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Service Now Implementation Expertise:
    Experience with designing and implementing Service Now solutions tailored to client business needs, including effort estimation, planning, and execution.
  • Architectural Analysis

    Skills:

    Experience in conducting in-depth analysis of client requirements to identify opportunities for Service Now implementation and integration with other systems.
  • Infrastructure Estimation Knowledge:
    Experience with assessing and estimating infrastructure requirements for Service Now implementations to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Solution Delivery Management:
    Experience in overseeing the delivery of Service Now solutions to ensure they meet client business needs and are implemented according to best practices.
  • Technical Integration Expertise:
    Experience with integrating Service Now tools with other systems in the ecosystem to provide comprehensive solutions.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Technical Integration Expertise:
    Experience with integrating Service Now tools with other systems in the ecosystem to provide comprehensive solutions, leveraging knowledge of APIs, data models, and system architecture.
  • IT Service Management Knowledge:
    Familiarity with IT service management principles and practices, including incident, problem, and change management, to design and implement effective Service Now solutions.
  • Cloud Platform Understanding:
    Exposure to cloud platforms and their infrastructure requirements, enabling seamless integration and optimal performance of Service Now implementations.
