• Support the conversion of data into primary Agency Management systems
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure efficient data conversion processes
• Develop and implement data strategies in partnership with MMA and data vendors
• Document and implement custom programming for data conversion and support data validation efforts
• Engage with leadership for risk analysis and high-level strategy execution

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Leadership experience in application administration and processes
• Proven experience in system migrations and conversions
• Knowledge of basic AMS Systems and willingness to learn additional systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Experience in insurance and accounting operations
• Ability to break down complex concepts into manageable instructions and clear communications
• Proficiency in creating documentation and training materials
• Experience building and maintaining positive working relationships with peers and management
