Role DescriptionAs a Product Manager II, you are the bridge between business strategy and technical execution. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for a product or product line, ensuring alignment with business goals and evolving market needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, business architecture, and key stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions that make a measurable impact.
You will develop and communicate a compelling product vision, conduct analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives. You will create and maintain a strategic product roadmap that balances short-term delivery with long-term value, consistently refining work to a minimum viable product (MVP) approach to accelerate feedback and results.
Working within an agile environment, you will manage the product backlog, break down epics and features, and ensure readiness for PI Planning. You will proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities—taking ownership of initiatives and driving them forward. By building strong, trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will foster open communication, encourage innovation, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
You will also define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance data, and use insights to inform decision-making and future enhancements. With a user-centric mindset and strong business acumen, you will continuously seek feedback from customers and internal partners to ensure the solutions delivered generate meaningful value.
QualificationsEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience in Product Management or a related field
- Minimum 1 year experience working with capabilities in Service Now as a product leader
- Excellent written, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
- Technical aptitude to understand complex systems and translate customer needs into actionable product requirements
- Strong systems thinking, negotiation skills, and a user-centric mindset with sound business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
