• Bachelor’s Degree in data science, statistics, computer science, business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and data wrangling skills for managing large data volumes
• Proven success in using data-driven analysis to assess opportunities and drive results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

• Experience with query languages such as SQL and data science toolkits like R and Python
• Strong problem-solving orientation and a creative approach to finding efficiencies
• Passion for coaching and developing talent within a team environment
• Ability to work independently and within a diverse background team
