- Exceptional communication skills for articulating technical gaps to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in e-commerce or related fields
- Knowledge of brand management and marketplace dynamics
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools and methodologies
- Ability to write formal white papers and conduct gap analyses
- Background in project management or team leadership roles
