• Support the conversion of data into primary Agency Management systems
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure efficient data conversion processes
• Develop and implement data strategies in partnership with MMA and data vendors
• Document and implement custom programming for data conversion and support data validation efforts
• Engage with leadership for risk analysis and high-level strategy execution

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Experience in system migrations and conversions
• Knowledge of basic AMS Systems and willingness to learn additional systems
• Understanding of insurance and accounting operations
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Proven leadership in general application administration and processes
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear instructions and communications
• Proficient in creating documentation and training materials
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers and management
