• Provide technical customer support via phone, email, chat, and other electronic methods
• Address routine customer questions regarding product usage within Xtime support
• Resolve technical issues related to the Cox Automotive suite of products
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of business processes and accurately log customer information in the CRM tool
• Communicate with key stakeholders to identify and resolve inquiries

• High School Diploma or GED
• Generally, less than 2 years of experience in a related field
• Ability to troubleshoot and document issues related to system performance and functionality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Demonstrated dependability and reliability
• Experience in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• CRM case logging/Salesforce experience
• Familiarity with interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud
• Knowledge of the automotive industry
