- Demonstrated understanding of ROI calculations and prioritization of business initiatives
- Experience in developing scalable processes and automated workflows
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical gaps to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with B2B program expansion and validation through ROI analysis
- Background in writing strategic documentation, such as white papers or gap analyses
- Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape and trends
