• Provide technical customer support to resolve application and product issues
• Handle routine customer questions relating to product usage

• Accurately log customer information in the CRM tool
• Facilitate communication with other departments to resolve client concerns

• High School Diploma/GED
• Generally less than 2 years of experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and document system performance issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrates strong dependability and reliability
• Experience with CRM case logging/Salesforce
• Familiarity with interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud
• Knowledge of the automotive industry
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
