• Handle routine customer questions related to product usage and provide technical support
• Maintain expert‑level knowledge of Vin Solutions processes and procedures
• Accurately log all customer information in the CRM tool
• Facilitate communication with other departments to resolve client concerns
• Provide proper follow‑up to ensure customers are informed about issue status

• High School Diploma or GED
• Generally less than 2 years of experience in a related field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills

• College degree
• Technical background
• Experience with CRM case logging or Salesforce
• Knowledge of the automotive industry
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
