Position: Technical Customer Care Specialist I (Xtime)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve application and product issues
  • Address routine customer inquiries related to product usage within Xtime support
  • Leverage technical knowledge to deliver exceptional care while adhering to quality assurance standards
  • Accurately log customer interactions and issues in the CRM tool
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to identify and resolve client concerns effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Generally less than 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in CRM case logging or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with interaction distribution systems, such as Genesys Pure Cloud
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated dependability and reliability in previous roles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
