• Support the conversion of data into primary Agency Management systems in collaboration with IT and Operations teams
• Develop and implement data strategies in partnership with MMA and data vendors
• Document and implement custom programming for data conversion and support data validation efforts
• Identify risks in test results and engage with leadership for risk analysis and strategy execution
• Oversee the implementation of various data projects involving production data

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Leadership experience in general application administration and processes
• Experience in system migrations and conversions
• Basic knowledge of AMS Systems and willingness to learn additional systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in creating documentation and training materials
• Ability to break down complex concepts into clear, manageable instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers and management
