Position: Technical Customer Care Analyst II (Dealer track F&I)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Handle escalated technical support requests from customers regarding Dealer track F&I
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to customer configurations, software, or vendor integrations
  • Provide crisis management for escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support cases, defects, and knowledge bases
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on effective issue resolution What is Required (Qualifications):
    • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant work experience, or 6 years of related work experience without a degree
    • Experience in Automotive Leads (CRM), credit application processing, and contracting functionality
    • At least one year of experience processing credit applications
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex customer issues clearly
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    • Knowledge of CRM solutions
    • Experience with network troubleshooting and HTTP protocol, DNS, and SSL
    • Familiarity with supporting mobile devices such as iOS and Android
    • Previous on-call support experience
    • Experience with Splunk
