• Evaluate existing IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in an IT analyst or similar role
• Proven experience in system analysis, design, and implementation
• Experience with project management and IT service management tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities

• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and applications
• Experience in implementing IT solutions in a nonprofit or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT service management
