• Support SAM program operations by maintaining project plans and documentation for workflows and processes
• Assist with governance activities by preparing draft Effective License Position inputs and identifying discrepancies
• Support audit defense activities by gathering data and preparing fact-based summaries
• Analyze software usage and entitlement data to strengthen audit responses and inform discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to collect information and drive follow-ups to completion

• 3+ years of experience in program management and project execution
• 3+ years in ITAM/SAM operations; IAITAM (e.g., CSAM) certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex datasets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Foundational understanding of IT asset management principles and software lifecycle concepts

• Proficiency with Flex Net Manager Suite (FNMS) / Flexera One, Service Now, JIRA, and Microsoft 365 tools
• Ability to effectively use AI-powered productivity tools to enhance work quality and speed
