• Manage all requests related to various accounting software platforms, including Net Suite, Salesforce, and Avalara
• Oversee item SKU management, including creation, mapping, testing, and ongoing maintenance
• Provide essential technical and functional system support for different departments as the primary go‑to person for Net Suite
• Conduct comprehensive testing on new products and processes, ensuring seamless deployment of solutions
• Lead requirement‑gathering sessions with users to determine effective solutions and translate business needs into system requirements

• 5 or more years of hands‑on experience working with Net Suite in roles such as administering, implementing, consulting, or developing
• Working knowledge of general Net Suite functionality, including CSV imports and saved searches
• Highly proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of systems, tables, and databases

• Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Management Systems, Computer Science, or Accounting
• Programming experience with Suite Script, JavaScript, SQL, or other relevant programming languages
• Prior accounting experience and familiarity with GAAP principles
