• Support the conversion of data into primary Agency Management systems
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams for seamless data conversion processes
• Develop and implement data strategies in partnership with data vendors
• Document and implement custom programming for data conversion and support data validation efforts
• Engage with leadership for risk analysis and strategy execution

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Leadership experience in application administration and processes
• Experience in system migrations and conversions
• Knowledge of basic AMS systems and willingness to learn additional systems
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong ability to take complex concepts and break them into manageable instructions
• Proficiency in creating documentation and training materials
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across various levels of management
