• Support the conversion of data into primary Agency Management systems in collaboration with IT and Operations teams
• Develop and implement data strategies in partnership with data vendors
• Document and implement custom programming for data conversion and support data validation efforts
• Conduct risk analysis and assist in high-level strategy execution with leadership
• Manage various data projects to ensure consistency in strategy across all lines of business

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Proven leadership in application administration and processes
• Experience in system migrations and conversions
• Knowledge of basic AMS systems and willingness to learn additional systems
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and create documentation and training materials

• Familiarity with insurance and accounting operations
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with peers and management
