Operations Analyst - Remote

• Act as the direct link between employer customer service and third‑party logistics providers
• Monitor warehouse responsiveness and follow up on requests from internal customers
• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve operational and logistics issues with guidance
• Propose practical solutions when identifying process or system gaps
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warehouse performance

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, inventory management, logistics, or operations
• Bachelor's degree in supply management, operations, or engineering
• Strong technology orientation with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Excellent organizational skills and clear communication abilities, both orally and in writing
• Willingness to travel up to 15% within the Americas

• Familiarity with JDEdwards ERP system
• Experience with request management systems
• Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills
