• Support the conversion of data into primary Agency Management systems
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure efficient data conversion processes
• Develop and implement data strategies in partnership with vendors
• Document and execute custom programming for data conversion and support data validation efforts
• Engage with leadership for risk analysis and strategy execution

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Experience in system migrations and conversions
• Knowledge of basic AMS Systems and willingness to learn additional systems
• Strong understanding of insurance and accounting operations
• Ability to create documentation and training materials

• Leadership experience in general application administration and processes
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear communications
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across various levels
