Help Desk Technician - Journeyman; Night Shift

• Provide technical support to DoD and Government customers using DISA Storefront ordering software
• Communicate with users via phone, email, chat, and a ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Offer step-by-step guidance to help users navigate software and resolve issues independently
• Identify and document software bugs and areas for improvement based on user feedback
• Create and maintain user manuals and troubleshooting guides

• Must possess a Secret Clearance
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage and track user issues through a ticketing system

• Experience providing technical support in a help desk or customer service role
• Familiarity with DISA Storefront or similar ordering software
• Knowledge of best practices in user education and training
• Demonstrated ability to document processes and create user guides
