Position: Decision Analytics Associate Consultant - Incentive Compensation

Insights & Analytics
ZS's   Insights & Analytics   group      partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously,   leveraging   advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep   expertise   and thought leadership.

What   You'll   Do:
Create and deliver executive-level presentations with clear, data-driven insights that inform sales strategy and performance.
Build engaging and concise slide decks to communicate key findings and actionable recommendations
Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders, acting as a key advisor on sales performance and incentive compensation operations.
Coordinate and share IC data/processing requirements with cross-functional partners such as HR, Finance for smooth administration of IC plan
Work with client sales leadership to get their feedback and approvals on IC field reports and other associated deliverables
Lead cross-functional meetings, keeping all teams in sync and addressing any challenges
Collaborate with sales analytics and business intelligence teams to track sales performance, analyze trends, and develop performance reports for leadership.
Use data-driven insights to inform compensation adjustments, territory alignment, and incentive program adjustments.

What   You'll   Bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business analytics, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus.
3-5 years of relevant post-collegiate experience, in incentive compensation preferably pharmaceutical industry
Strong experience with US pharmaceutical domain and working knowledge of US data sources used for sales performance, targeting, sizing, and alignment
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, quota-setting, and salesforce effectiveness.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Excel and Power Point
Fluency in English
