• Support data and report delivery requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results for customer impact
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle
• Effectively communicate project status and assist with requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews
• Create and maintain deliverables such as data sets, operational reports, and analytical dashboards

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Thorough understanding of data store and end systems impact of changes across multiple data stores and systems
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, Spark, and Hadoop
• Ability to mentor junior resources and build organizational knowledge

• 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
