• Collaborate with customers and cross‑functional teams to capture capability needs and develop quality data and reporting solutions
• Support testing of data delivery requirements to minimize production defects and analyze results in relation to customer impacts
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and project status reporting
• Create and maintain deliverables such as data sets, operational reports, and analytical dashboards

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and Hadoop
• Ability to analyze data and identify business problems or opportunities for process improvements
• Experience in communicating technical information clearly to non‑technical stakeholders

• 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
