Senior SQA Engineer – Web Applications, SaaS, and Systems Testing

We’re hiring a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer who understands complex system logic and can ensure production-grade quality across everything we ship. This isn’t a basic website testing role — you’ll be testing real platforms like SaaS tools, POS systems, admin dashboards, and backend-integrated web apps.

• Own QA from end to end — from test planning to release validation
• Design and execute functional, integration, and regression test cases
• Review Figma designs, understand system prototypes, and validate against requirements
• Test custom features, backend logic, user flows, and edge cases
• Perform exploratory and usability testing to uncover hidden issues
• File clear, detailed bug reports and work directly with dev teams
• Automate repetitive testing tasks where needed (bonus)
• Ensure that no feature goes live without meeting our production-grade standards

• Location: Remote
• Compensation: $1,000 – $2,500 USD/month depending on skill and experience
• Schedule: Full-time (standard office hours)

• 3–5 years of hands-on QA experience in web-based product testing
• Deep understanding of system behavior and business logic validation
• Familiarity with testing SaaS platforms, POS systems, admin portals, or complex web apps
• Experience with tools like Chrome Dev Tools, Postman, and bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
• Ability to independently test flows using only a prototype or design doc as a reference
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think like a real user
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal)

• Familiarity with tools like Hubstaff, Git Hub
• Experience testing mobile-responsive designs
• Basic knowledge of API testing or scripting
