Our clientis seeking a Business Analyst - AI & Quality Management to join their team. As a Business Analyst - AI & Quality Management, you will be part of the Quality Assurance and Digital Transformation departments supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Lead detailed requirements gathering for AI capabilities tied to non‑conformance processes and write‑up quality improvements.
- Translate business problems, workflows, and stakeholder needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories.
- Map current‑state vs. future‑state processes for Quality Management, including work performed outside the existing non‑conformance system.
- Assess data quality issues across source systems (e.g., Jira, Xray) and work with tech teams to define data readiness, gaps, and remediation needs.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to understand how knowledge graphs, data pipelines, and knowledge‑management components will integrate.
- 5–7+ years Business Analyst experience in highly regulated or complex environments.
- Strong background in Quality Management Systems, non‑conformance processes, or GxP‑regulated workflows.
- Experience on projects involving AI/ML, automation, intelligent workflows, or knowledge‑based systems.
- Ability to work with ambiguous or incomplete data and drive clarity.
- Experience gathering & translating requirements for cross‑functional technical teams.
