Position Overview
Fullpath is a tech‑first company in the automotive space building AI‑driven solutions to help dealers build stronger, more resilient businesses. The IT Support Specialist role is the first line of technical support for our U.S. team, focusing on macOS devices and key SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, and Jira.
The position is hybrid, based either in Teaneck, NJ or Burlington, VT, and reports to the Manager of IT.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the U.S. team via Jira Service Management, Slack, and in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, macOS, networking, and core business applications.
- Manage the support request queue, ensuring clear documentation and timely ticket resolution.
- Administer core SaaS and infrastructure tools, including Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, and Jira.
- Execute onboarding and off‑boarding processes, device provisioning, and access permissions.
- Manage IT hardware inventory, replacements, and procurement logistics.
- Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation for all company hardware and software.
- Develop and maintain internal IT documentation and training to enhance user self‑sufficiency.
- Analyze recurring issues to recommend scalable process improvements.
- Provide project‑based or overflow support to international IT teams as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in a dedicated IT support or help desk role.
- Proven ability to support macOS environments at a scale of ~100+ users.
- Operational experience with SSO/MFA services (e.g., Okta, Entra , Jump Cloud), cloud mail/collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), and ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management.
- Strong understanding of end‑user networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi configuration).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with empathy, patience, and clear communication for both technical and non‑technical users.
- Highly organized, proactive work style with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of accountability and work ethics.
- Must be located in or near Teaneck, NJ / Burlington, VT and have a valid driver’s license with ability to travel domestically by plane.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work; perform job duties from a home office when applicable.

Annual base salary: $60,000 – $70,000 depending on experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
Benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life/AD&D, EAP, 15 vacation days per year to start, 80 hours of sick leave, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, 401(k) with company match. This role is also eligible to participate in the company's equity program.
