• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice of a consulting firm or similar role
• At least 1 year of management experience or experience leading teams and projects
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills

• Master's Degree
• 1 year of aggregate project experience in the Healthcare industry (payor and/or provider)
• Lean Six Sigma certification or Human Centered Design (HCD) knowledge
• Familiarity with exponential technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI)
• Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation formats
