EY seeks a Senior Manager in the Technology practice to deliver SAP Production Planning solutions within the Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
Key Responsibilities- Lead DMC‑related engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
- Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
- Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
- Lead large‑scale SAP client engagements focused on DMC.
- Maintain strong business acumen and stay updated on industry trends.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
- Effectively lead and motivate diverse teams and foster an inclusive work environment.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the DMC space.
- Bachelor’s degree;
Master’s preferred. - 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience within DMC.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.
- Proficient in supply chain best practices and DMC benchmarking.
- Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues.
- Willingness to travel 40-60%.
- Experience conducting technology cost‑benefit analyses.
- Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks.
- Skills in training design and delivery.
- Prior consulting industry experience with DMC specialization.
- SAP certification(s).
- Experience as a workstream/team lead for manufacturing with SAP.
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations of PP and DMC.
- Experience integrating SAP PP with MES, QM, EWM, and DMC.
