• Collaborate with DoD end users to understand mission needs and architect effective RFID solutions
• Prioritize user needs into epics, stories, and tasks to ensure impactful feature delivery
• Engage in technical discussions with engineers and create user stories that connect customer needs with implementation
• Maintain open communication across teams to keep product development aligned with strategic goals
• Conduct user site visits to gather insights and validate designs

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and hardware integration
• Experience leading agile teams and managing product backlogs
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and team inspiration
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Background as a software or systems engineer
• Hands‑on experience with RFID technology
• Experience in leading digital experience development for mobile devices
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and the ATO/RMF process in DoD software accreditation
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance preferred
