Atlas Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle People Soft Administrator to join our dynamic IT team and contribute to the development and maintenance of Direct Access infrastructure contract. As an Oracle People Soft Administrator, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the infrastructure required to support our enterprise-wide human resources system.

Fully remote position available to residents in AL, CA, CT, FL, GA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, NC, OR, RI, SC, TX, VA, DC, WV.

Travel up to 10%

• Install, administer, and upgrade Oracle People Soft application (HCM) and environments.
• Identify, apply, and validate application and server-level patches and fixes.
• Manage and support People Soft People Tools on Windows Servers.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance through log analysis and system monitoring.
• Design, document, and implement system and environment configurations for development, testing, and production.
• Configure and administer Phire Change Management for migration control and versioning.
• Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to support deployment and scaling in hybrid/cloud environments.
• Perform database refreshes and cloning for People Soft environments.
• Monitor batch processes, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker.
• Automate administrative tasks using scripts or orchestration tools.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and assist in security patching.
• Participate in capacity planning and system architecture reviews.
• Support disaster recovery drills and maintain recovery documentation.

• Must possess a Public Trust or Department of Defense (DOD) Clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
• Security +CE Certification, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience administering Oracle People Soft environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing enterprise Linux servers.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) for People Soft deployment.
• Strong understanding of People Soft integration framework.

• Understanding Oracle automates tuning, backups, security, and scaling in the cloud.
• Cloud-native backup solutions, disaster recovery strategies, and high availability configurations.
• Automation and scripting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
