• Assist clients via phone, email, chat, and other electronic communication methods to resolve application and product issues
• Provide technical support on issues and ensure they are resolved
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Vin Solutions processes and procedures
• Accurately log all customer information using the CRM tool
• Facilitate communication with other departments to address and resolve client concerns

• High School Diploma or GED
• Generally less than 2 years of experience in a related field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• College degree
• Technical background
• Experience with CRM case logging or Salesforce
• Knowledge of automotive industry
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
