• Collaborate with customers and team members to capture capability needs and drive quality data and reporting solutions
• Support testing of data and report delivery requirements to minimize production defects
• Ensure compliance with standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, including conducting requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews
• Create and maintain operational reports, analytical dashboards, and data sets

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and Hadoop
• Ability to analyze data to determine business problems, trends, or opportunities
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders

• 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
