- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for projects and issues
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ system solutions and enhancements
- Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements and functional specifications
Develop test cases and conduct testing to ensure systems meet requirements and function correctly
- Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce CPQ experience required
- 2-4 years of work experience as a business analyst or related role
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ system administration, including configuration and maintenance
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SOQL
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
- Knowledge of business operations processes and practices is a plus
