About the Role:

We are actively seeking experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to market our in-house W2 consultants across all IT domains. You MUST have a solid track record of placing consultants and an active network of trusted vendors and clients. This is NOT a training ground—it's a platform for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively market W2 consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.) to your vendor/client network.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and direct clients.
Identify and close suitable opportunities for consultants across technologies.
Negotiate rate confirmations, schedule interviews, and follow through to closure.
Maintain a daily activity log and ensure a steady flow of submissions and placements.
Drive revenue through pure hustle and execution.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Bench Sales recruiting experience in the US IT staffing industry.
Deep network of reliable vendors and direct clients.
Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and visa categories.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Must be available to work EST time zone hours.
