Delivery Consultant

We are hiring a  Delivery Consultant  with  4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, UK IT Recruitment, Technical Recruitment, and Recruitment Delivery . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with  UK clients  and a proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery. This role requires excellent stakeholder management and sourcing expertise. Our client is  headquartered in London , offering exposure to global hiring practices.

Responsibilities
Must have DC/recruitment experience and it must be from the technology sector.
Must have experience of working the UK contract market and within UK business hours (08:30-17:30 GMT/BST).
Must have experience of remote working full time and also a strong, stable Wi-Fi connection and a quiet, dedicated work space.
Good at building and maintaining relationships with mid-level to senior candidates.
Excellent English (verbal and written).
Must be comfortable communicating in a confident and professional manner.
Resilient personality and able to be persistent when needed.
Ability to integrate and work well with the team in a remote setting, and especially with the sales team.

Qualifications
Finance technology experience – working within the banking sector (UK).
Technical technology experience – familiar with working niche roles and technical roles such as Cyber security, Dev Ops/Cloud, Architecture, Software Engineering.
Understanding of IR35 legislations.
Having a general knowledge of geographic locations in UK would be advantageous.
A strong personality, team player and winning attitude.
Personality wise – a person who is able to hold themselves accountable and able to work well under pressure.
