HubSpot Onboarding Specialist

We’re looking for Hub Spot Onboarding Specialists to lead structured implementations across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Ops Hubs—helping clients unlock value fast through setup, training, and CRM alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured onboarding for new Hub Spot clients across one or more Hubs
• Set up portals, user permissions, custom objects, pipelines, and dashboards
• Guide clients through early CRM and campaign strategy
• Configure forms, workflows, automation, email templates, and integrations
• Conduct training sessions and onboarding calls
• Coordinate with PMs, Designers, and Developers on custom needs (e.g. website upgrades and integrations)
• Track onboarding timelines and deliverables using internal systems
• Support smooth handoff to CRM Specialists or Strategists post-onboarding
• Stay up to date on Hub Spot product updates and certifications

• 2–4 years in a digital, CRM, or onboarding role (agency or tech environment)
• Solid experience with Hub Spot (especially Sales, Marketing, or Service Hub)
• Strong client‑facing and project coordination skills
• Great communicator—verbal and written
• Organised, deadline‑driven, and confident, managing multiple projects
• Bonus:
  Hub Spot Onboarding Accreditation or similar certifications
