A leading South African firm is seeking a Service Desk Agent for a 6-month contract in their Cape Town office. This role focuses on providing first line support in an ITIL service model and assisting both users and the IT Infrastructure team. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in IT Support, Proven problem-solving skills, and familiarity with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include operational support, monitoring, and troubleshooting various IT systems and applications. Remote working is also required during certain hours.
