Position: Technical Customer Care Specialist I (Dealer track)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide technical customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve application and product issues
  • Address routine customer questions relating to product usage within the Cox Automotive suite
  • Log all customer information accurately in the CRM tool and maintain expert-level knowledge of business processes
  • Facilitate communication with other departments to resolve client concerns and follow up on issue status
  • Deliver excellent care to clients while adhering to quality assurance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Generally less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, accommodating flexible schedules and overtime as needed
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    • Experience with CRM case logging and Salesforce
    • Knowledge of automotive industry and related products
    • Familiarity with interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud
    • Demonstrated dependability and reliability in previous roles
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
