- Address routine customer questions relating to product usage within the Cox Automotive suite
- Log all customer information accurately in the CRM tool and maintain expert-level knowledge of business processes
- Facilitate communication with other departments to resolve client concerns and follow up on issue status
- Deliver excellent care to clients while adhering to quality assurance standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- Generally less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, accommodating flexible schedules and overtime as needed
- Experience with CRM case logging and Salesforce
- Knowledge of automotive industry and related products
- Familiarity with interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud
- Demonstrated dependability and reliability in previous roles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
