Position: Technical Customer Care Specialist I (Vin Solutions)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Resolve application and product issues for clients through various communication methods including phone, email, and chat
  • Provide technical support and ensure resolution for customer inquiries
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Vin Solutions processes and procedures
  • Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM tool
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to address and resolve client concerns
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Generally less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • College degree in a relevant field
  • Technical background or knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Experience with CRM case logging or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud
  • Demonstrated dependability and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
