• 2pm to 11pm
• 5pm to 2am
• 1am to 10am

• MSP experience
• Strong IT Support experience
• M365 expertise
• Strong end user troubleshooting skills
• Ability to drive proactive improvements

• Allocating tickets/ Queue Driving
• Monitoring SLA Timers
• Following up with customers on complaints and negative ticket survey responses
• Quality checking resolved tickets to ensure correct process has been followed, and coaching the team members on shift with them as needed
• Driving customer service improvements
• Ideally being able to handle urgent technical escalations
